    Benevolent Fund / Group Insurance Cases, etc.

Section Officer (Admin-II)

  1. All Establishment Matters of Field Offices form BS-01 to 15
    such as;
  2. Disciplinary Proceedings,
  3. Ascertaining Vacancy Position form
    and against which Recruitment is made;

Section Officer (Academic& Coordination)

  1. To entertain complaints on Pakistan Citizen Portal (PMDU)
    and Sindh Performance Management System (SPMS) etc;
  2. To Coordinate with all the Administration Department /
    Attached Department, Autonomous Bodies, Semi -
    autonomous Bodies, Commissioner and Deputy
    Commissioners Government of Sindh for implementation of
    appointment against 5% reserved quota for the Persons
    with Disabilities.
  3. To get implementation of employment of PWDs against
    reserved 5% Quota in the Private establishment under the
    SEPD, Act, 2018.
  4. To get implementation of the directive of officers of the
    President, Prime Minister, Governor Sindh, Chief Minister
    Sindh and Secretaries Committee meeting, etc.
  5. To get implementation of the decision of Federal Cabinet
    and Provincial Cabinet
  6. To deal the cases of Provincial Assembly Questions and
    submit the replies thereof.
  7. Academic Matters i.e; Syllabus & Curriculum of Special
    Education & Rehabilitation Centers in the Province.
  8. Enrollment / Admission of Children with Disabilities.
  9. Enrollment / Admission of Children with Disabilities.
  10. Matters related to (UNCRDP).
  11. Implementation of Sindh Empowerment of Persons with
    Disabilities Act, 2018.
  12. Matters relating Workshops / Seminars / Events for
    awareness of PWDs.
  13. Foreign / Local Trainings.

Section Officer (Legal)

  1. To get Prepare the Budget Estimates of field Offices of
    DEPD
  2. To get SNE (New) prepared from the Field offices and its
    submission / approval from Finance Department.
  3. To deal the cases of Re-appropriations as per request of
    field offices.
  4. To get the KE, Water and Gas Bills of Field Offices
    reconciled from the Finance Department.
  5. To get release of approved SNE(NEW) of Field Offices from
    the Finance Department as per demand
  6. To deal the Medical Re-imbursement cases of Secretariat
    as well as Field Employees.
  7. All Development scheme (ADP/Non-ADP) M&R works etc. of
    the Department.

Section Officer (General)

  1. Matters relating to Disciplinary proceedings, all kind of
    Leave, Transfers and Postings within the Secretariat,
    Retirement, Pension / G.P.Fund / Group Insurances etc. of
    Officers / Officials of SGA&CD posted in the DEPD
    (Secretariat).
  2. Fjnancial Matters, i.e procurement, preparation of Budget
    Estimates, Expenditures under Cost Centre KQ-1867 DEPD
    (Secretariat), grant-in-Aid to the NGO’s etc.
  3. DDO of Cost Centre-KQ-1867 DEPD (Secretariat)
  4. DAC / PAC Matters.
