This department has a chain of Special Education and Rehabilitation Centers in all over Sindh province. Keeping an eye on dire need of teachers training in Special Education and Disability Special Education Teachers Training Academy Sindh (SETTAS) at Kotri, District Jamshoro.

SETTAS has offered a tailor-made Special Needs Teacher Training course for the aspirants who want to be Special Education Needs (SEN) teacher.
